For Installing on NT:

1. Extract the 3 files (OEMSETUP.INF, SFVMR.SYS and SFVMR.DLL) from
this zip archive to a floppy or hard disk, noting the location.

2. From the Start menu, choose the Settings option, followed by the Conrol Panel option.

3. Double-click on the Multimedia icon in the Control Panel window.

4. Click on the Devices tab, and then click the add button.

5. Select Unlisted/Updated driver, and click the OK button.

6. Click the browse button and then select the OEMSETUP.inf file out of the WinNT folder that you had unpacked.

7. Click the OK button. The driver should now be listed as the Sonic Foundry Virtual MIDI Router.

8. Click once on the driver to select it and click the OK button. Windows installs the driver.

9. When the installation is complete, you are prompted to restart Windows NT to complete the driver
installation. Click the Yes button. Once Windows NT has restarted, all programs that support MIDI
(including ACID) can use the Virtual MIDI Router.
